About Robert Beer, MD
Dr. Robert Beer is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in trauma cases. He earned his medical degree from the Uniformed Services University School of Medicine and completed his orthopedic surgery residency through the National Capital Consortium at the National Naval Medical Center.
He went on to complete a fellowship in orthopedic trauma at the R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center, a nationally renowned level 1 trauma center in Baltimore, MD, and has been in practice for more than 20 years. He is board-certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and is a key part of the trauma team at UPMC Western Maryland in Cumberland.
