Cristina Sotela, CRNP, RNFA is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse First Assistant at Precision Orthopedics & Sports Medicine. She is passionate about delivering high-quality care to patients managing acute and chronic orthopedic conditions, with specialized focus areas including hand & wrist, elbow, shoulder, hip, knee, fracture care, and workers’ compensation.
Cristina’s orthopedic expertise was shaped through her experience as a Registered Nurse on the orthopedic inpatient unit at MedStar Washington Hospital Center, along with 2 years in primary care nursing and 2.5 years of orthopedic nursing practice before joining Precision Orthopedics. As a Registered Nurse First Assistant, she also supports surgical care in addition to her clinical practice.
A Washington, DC metropolitan area native, Cristina enjoys reading, outdoor activities, travel, food, and exercise. She lives with her partner and daughter.
